Qualifications

• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and on own initiative.
• Experience in direct patient care in health or social care.
• Good communication with patients and colleagues; clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence by encouraging rehabilitation techniques.
• Support day-to-day rehabilitation under supervision of lead therapists.
• Deliver delegated clinical and therapy-led activities to support patients.
• Work within MDT to provide patient-centred, evidence-based activities.
