King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London is seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist (Stroke) for a fixed-term maternity cover of 9 months. The role is part-time (22.5 hours) with a 7-day rotating pattern, based at Princess Royal University Hospital.

You will manage a caseload on the Hyper Acute Stroke Unit and Stroke Unit, mentor juniors, contribute to MDT projects, and work weekend rotas with support from senior physiotherapists.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in physiotherapy and HCPC registration.
• Post-graduate experience in stroke and neurology.
• CPD portfolio demonstrating ongoing development.
• MCSP membership and Clinical Interest Group involvement.

Aufgaben

• Hold a caseload and plan independent treatment for stroke patients.
• Supervise and teach junior physiotherapists and assistants.
• Participate in weekend service rotas and MDT projects.
• Maintain comprehensive records and attend conferences/ward rounds.
