Wight Healthcare is recruiting for a development opportunity towards becoming a Senior Physiotherapist within our Stroke Early Supported Discharge Team and Inpatient Stroke Unit on the Isle of Wight. You will deliver a high standard of physiotherapy care across settings, collaborating with colleagues to ensure evidence-based care.

You will contribute to quality improvement, service development, and supervision of junior staff while developing your own clinical knowledge and skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• Registration with HCPC and ongoing CPD.
• Evidence of clinical management and leadership ability.
• Postgraduate CPD or MSc-related training.
• Experience with clinical education and supervision.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality physiotherapy across stroke pathways and inpatient units.
• Supervise, teach and appraise junior staff and students.
• Lead on clinical development and participate in audits and service improvement.
• Support MDT working and discharge planning for stroke patients.
