Moray Council in Moray, Scotland, seeks a Music Instructor (Strings) on a 0.4 FTE basis (2 days per week) to deliver instrumental instruction to selected pupils and contribute to the Music Instruction & Performance team across Moray schools.

You will teach the full strings repertoire to pupils at all stages, may be invited to work at the Moray Music Centre, and ensure provision aligns with broader school music programmes. A PVG scheme check is required before offer.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of instrumental music instruction to selected pupils on a group basis or, on occasion, an individual basis where appropriate and liaise with the PT of Music or Head Teacher on recruitment of new pupils.
• To teach the whole range of instruments applicable to the discipline involved i.e. all orchestral strings to pupils at all stages.
• Staff may be offered to undertake duties in the Moray Music Centre.
• To ensure that instrumental provision relates closely to the wider provision in the school.
