Qualifications

• Industry experience in streetworks, utilities, highways or related discipline.
• Qualified to deliver practical, industry-focused training.
• Strong understanding of health and safety in construction/utility sectors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NRSWA, Streetworks and utilities training to learners.
• Deliver accredited and non-accredited programmes.
• Combine classroom theory with hands-on training and assessment.
• Create a positive learning environment with learner support.
• Assess learners in line with awarding bodies and requirements.
• Bring real-world industry knowledge into the classroom.
• Promote safe working practices and challenge unsafe practice.
• Ensure training meets quality, compliance and safeguarding standards.
• Develop training materials and new programmes.
• Maintain accurate learner records and training reports.
