Job summary

Comex 2000 is seeking a Streetworks Coordinator to be the backbone of our Programming team in the UK. You will ensure field teams can work safely, legally, and on time by managing the permit lifecycle from request to completion.

You will bridge planners, local authorities, and site crews, raising and tracking permit requests, resolving PMRs and refusals, and maintaining data integrity for dashboards and compliance records.

Qualifications

• Organized & proactive—flag risks early and manage SLAs with precision.
• A clear communicator—translate permit statuses into updates for internal teams and clients.
• Tech-savvy—comfortable with industry software (Aurora, Depotnet) and MS Office (Excel, Power BI).
• Process-driven—follows structured workflows and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Processing: raise, monitor, and manage permit requests in core systems.
• Problem Solving: tackle permit modifications and refusals, resolve clashes and duration issues.
• Compliance: maintain consistent project IDs and prefixes across digital landscape.
• Scheduling & Coordination: deliver daily reports to workstreams and manage deadlines.
• Audit Readiness: log TLOS requests and maintain email trails for accountability.
• Stakeholder Liaison: work with Local Authorities to document changes and agreements.
• Reporting & Administration: track due dates and generate daily/weekly management reports.
• Documentation: keep digital archives organized for compliance evidence.
