Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the Bridgwater area. The role involves working with direct and subcontract labour to meet targets and deadlines.

Duties include setting up temporary traffic lights, managing traffic flow, and reading CAD traffic management drawings. Candidates should have Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, be able to pass drugs/alcohol checks, have the right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence

Formación

• Experience in Streetworks Operative roles.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Responsabilidades

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.

We are seeking both operatives and drivers with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

Scope of Role:

Trainee Operatives & Qualified Operatives will be working with both the direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time.
