Kier Group is seeking a Streetworks Manager - Compliance to lead the Streetworks Compliance function from our St. Austell base. The role focuses on statutory compliance, reducing financial risk and driving operational excellence through monitoring, reporting and coaching.
You will work with Highway Authorities, contractors and senior management to strengthen compliance and drive performance across the business. Prior leadership and strong communication skills are essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Streetworks Compliance function and play a key role in ensuring statutory compliance, reducing financial risk, and driving operational excellence across the business. You'll have the chance to influence business-wide performance through effective monitoring, reporting, coaching, and stakeholder management, whilst working collaboratively with Highway Authorities, contractors, operational teams, and senior management.
