Brent Council in London is seeking an experienced Highway Project Manager to lead New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 compliance and traffic management duties on Brent's network.
You will oversee a team of four NRSWA Inspectors and a technical support officer, coordinate permits and notices, liaise with utility companies and stakeholders, and drive efficiencies while minimising disruption to road users.
Salary range: £52,194 - £55,323 per annum inclusive of London weighting
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre and other locations from time to time

To manage, plan, control and co-ordinate the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 To support the Head of Highways Management in delivering a co-ordinated, planned and effective response to the Highways Authority's duties imposed by the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA)
and the Traffic Management Act 2004. (TMA) and to minimise disruption and congestion on the roads in Brent through co-ordination of works.
