We are recruiting a Street Healthcare Outreach Nurse in Haringey.
This is a new exciting project commissioned by The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (formerly DLUHC) and the Centre for Homelessness Impact (CHI) to evaluate what works to end rough sleeping and reduce homelessness.
The CHI aims to place 8 Street Healthcare Outreach Nurses in services that currently do not have this offer to evaluate the impact on the health of the local homeless population. As directed by the Lead Nurse, the post holder will be embedded within outreach services, providing healthcare and clinical interventions to the homeless population.
Location: Haringey, based from our Walthamstow service
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary Range: £43,814.50 - £48,183.48 (pro rata for part-time)
Allowances: Outer London Weighting £2,163.27 (pro rata for part-time)
Contract Type: Fixed-term until February 2026
