Overview

Are you seeking to provide an opportunity for significant change in the lives of individuals impacted by substance use who are homeless? We are recruiting Street Healthcare Outreach Nurse covering Croydon. This project, commissioned by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (formerly DLUHC) and the Centre for Homelessness Impact (CHI), aims to evaluate what works to end rough sleeping and reduce homelessness.

• Location: Croydon
• Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week
• Salary Range: £43,814.50 - £48,183.48 (pro rata for part-time)
• Allowances: Outer London Weighting £2,163.27 (pro rata)
• Contract: Fixed-term until February 2026
