Responsibilities

• Remove litter, weeds, detritus, leaves and other environmental waste from streets, pathways and public areas.
• Sweep and cleanse footways, pedestrian areas and highways as required.
• Clean around street furniture, including benches, signs, bus stops and other public assets.
• Empty, clean and maintain street litter bins to agreed standards.
• Assist with the removal of fly-tipping, bulky waste and other environmental hazards where required.
• Report any defects, damage, graffiti or environmental concerns identified during daily duties.
