Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking a Street Cleansing Driver Supervisor to lead frontline teams at Hollingdean Depot in Brighton. The role focuses on safe, efficient street cleansing operations with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Reporting to the Operations Management Team, you will be responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of street cleansing operations. You will lead by example, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service requirements.
The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, residents, community groups, and stakeholders. While working as part of a wider management team, you will also need confidence to make decisions independently and take ownership of operational challenges.
Working Pattern: 13:39 to 22:00 on a rolling rota basis.
Salary: £30,023 - £32,046 per annum plus enhancements
