A temporary opportunity is available for a Street Cleansing Driver working in and around Cirencester. This is a practical driving role suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, tidy public spaces and can work reliably as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a street-cleansing vehicle safely and responsibly on planned local routes
• Carry out basic vehicle checks before starting work and report any issues
• Support the removal of litter, leaves, dirt and other waste from public areas
• Empty and replace bins where required
• Use equipment and tools safely and appropriately
• Follow route instructions, risk assessments, health and safety procedures
• Work cooperatively with colleagues to complete daily duties to the required standard
• Represent the organisation professionally when working in public areas
