Job Description:

Miryco Consultants is working with a high-growth consultancy specializing in financial services strategy and operations. Having recently gained private equity backing, the firm aims to add future business leaders to its team to support its next phase of growth.

We are seeking candidates from Consultant to Manager grade who are ambitious to grow and develop their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) for diverse financial services clients, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Manage and deliver large-scale operating model transformation projects, from strategy formulation to operational execution.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate operational alternatives and their impact.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive change management initiatives and ensure seamless adoption of new models and processes.
• Translate high-level business objectives into actionable operational plans and develop strategy recommendations.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring sustainable and aligned transformations.

Experience:

• Leading or managing operating model transformations with a strong understanding of their impact on organizational strategy and performance.
• Data analytics expertise to inform strategy, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Experience delivering large-scale implementations within financial services or related industries.
• Managing strategy projects from inception to completion, translating strategy into operational reality.
• Scenario analysis experience assessing operational alternatives.
• Knowledge of current trends in target operating model design, focusing on agility, efficiency, and scalability.
• Experience guiding clients through change management frameworks for operational and strategic shifts.
