Job Description:

Miryco Consultants are working with a high-growth consultancy specialising in financial services strategy and operations. Having recently gained private equity backing, the firm is looking to add future business leaders to the team to support their next phase of growth.

We are seeking candidates from Consultant to Manager grade who are ambitious to grow and develop their careers.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of Target Operating Models (TOM) across diverse financial services clients, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Manage and deliver large-scale operating model transformation projects, including strategy formulation and operational execution.
• Conduct detailed cost model analysis to identify efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate different operating model options and their impact on organizational performance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive change management initiatives and ensure seamless adoption of new models and processes.
• Develop and implement strategy recommendations, translating high-level business objectives into operational plans.
• Support clients from strategy design to implementation, ensuring sustainable transformations aligned with long-term goals.

Experience:

• Experience leading or managing operating model transformations, understanding their impact on strategy and performance.
• Strong background in data analytics to inform strategy, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale projects within financial services or related industries.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into operational reality, managing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in scenario analysis and assessing operational alternatives.
• Familiarity with the latest trends in target operating model design, focusing on agility, efficiency, and scalability.
• Experience in change management frameworks to guide clients through operational and strategic shifts.
