Konrad Group, a next generation digital consultancy in the United Kingdom, seeks an Associate Consultant to work across Strategy, Project Management, Design, and Technology teams. You will support senior members while building experience in design thinking, UX, and emerging tech trends.

You will help create digital solutions for clients, participate in workshops, and structure project collateral. This role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and delivering human-centered experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or user experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital solutions for multiple clients and verticals.

• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to craft user experiences.
• Gather information on business processes and market position via interviews.
• Participate in UX and architecture workshops and project planning.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and collateral.
