Job summary

Nicholson Glover is seeking a Strategy Capability Lead for a Growth Consulting role in London. You will own a new capability function, diagnosing where organisations are stuck and embedding first priorities into practical tools and workshops.

You will turn strategy into dashboards, coaching, and reusable content that actually lands, working across leadership to daily users in client organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategy into practical tools and processes.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of new capabilities across client organisations.
• Comfort creating content that sticks (films, training, workshops).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose where a client’s organisation is stuck and decide what to embed first.
• Turn strategy and frameworks into tools, dashboards, workshops and coaching people use.
• Build content that makes the work stick, not just documents it.
• Engage with the full client organisation, from leadership to end users.
• Help define what ‘capability’ means for a consultancy in an AI-driven world.
