Job summary

Nicholson Glover is seeking a Strategy Consultant - Data Assets in London to work on live client engagements from day one, performing analytical work with support from senior practitioners. The role combines data structuring, modelling, and delivery of client-ready outputs within a boutique setting.

You will join a squad focused on data maturity, governance, and investment analysis, with a pathway to develop client-facing skills and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and data handling skills.
• Exposure to data, governance, analytics, change, or research through study or early roles.
• Ability to produce clear, professional written documents and presentations.
• Organised and structured approach to tasks with ability to meet deadlines.
• A degree with a commercial, strategic, or economic dimension.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and structure data to support analysis and modelling work.
• Conduct research and produce initial outputs, models, and materials.
• Support data maturity assessments, governance documentation, and investment analysis.
• Use internal tools and accelerators to support delivery.
• Contribute to client-ready documents and presentations.
• Build client-facing skills through supervised interactions with senior team members.
