Xero in the UK is seeking a Strategy & Operations Analyst to shape its future direction in the UK market. You will lead discrete strategic projects, conduct market research and competitive intelligence, and deliver insights that inform critical business decisions and regional operating plans.

This hybrid role is based in our London office, with at least two days in the office. You will build business cases, models, and support UK operating plan execution alongside management reporting and OKRs.

Qualifications

• Strategy/management consulting background preferred.
• Experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and GTM functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and market research for the UK market.
• Build business cases and financial models for strategic opportunities.
• Drive execution of the UK regional operating plan and tracking via management reporting and OKRs.
• Analyze market sizing, competitor activity and customer trends to maintain a strong UK factbase.
