An established industry player seeks a dynamic Strategy Manager to shape the future of its Media and Entertainment division. This pivotal role involves defining and executing strategic plans for key initiatives in Streaming, Pay & Distribution, and Commercial sectors. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategies into actionable operating models while supporting high-value projects. If you're passionate about media and possess strong analytical skills, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.
Workplace: White City, London - Hybrid
The team
ITV’s Media and Entertainment Division (M&E) consists of two business units – Broadcast and Streaming – which collectively make up over half of ITV’s total business today, both in terms of revenue and profit.
This high-impact role sits within the Group Strategy team and reports directly to the Group Strategy Director. It will be embedded in the M&E division to help support three critical areas of ITV’s future-focused business: Streaming (in particular ITVX), Pay and Distribution (P&D), and Commercial.
You will play a key role in shaping the long-term direction of these business areas, ensuring strategic plans are turned into actionable operating models, and supporting high-value projects that span across the division.
The role
We are looking for a versatile and driven Strategy Manager to join our Group Strategy team, supporting the strategic direction and delivery of key initiatives within Streaming, Pay & Distribution (P&D) and Commercial.
The role will be broken into three main areas:
Strategy Definition (40%)
Strategy Execution (40%)
Supporting ad-hoc Strategy Projects (20%)
While this role will involve broad engagement across ITV, the individual will work particularly closely with the Head of Strategy and the Group Strategy Director.
