Overview

Publicis Media is looking for an exceptional Strategy Leadto join Publicis Next, the bespoke team dedicated to delivering best-in-class media strategy and execution for Sky. This role focuses on Sky’s TV product stream, offering a unique opportunity to work with one of the UK’s most iconic brands, shaping campaigns that reach millions and drive business growth.

About Publicis Next
Publicis Next is a specialist team within Publicis Media, designed to provide Sky with cutting-edge capabilities across media planning, activation, data, and AI-driven solutions. Working as part of this team means you’ll have access to the most advanced tools and expertise Publicis Media has to offer, driving innovation for one of the UK’s largest media accounts.

About the Role
As a Senior Media Strategy Director, you will:

  • Lead the strategic direction for Sky’s TV product stream, ensuring campaigns are innovative, effective, and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Sky’s senior marketing team, providing strategic recommendations that deliver measurable results.
  • Work alongside the Publicis Next team to leverage AI, data, and advanced analytics to enhance Sky’s media strategies.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel strategies that set new benchmarks in media planning and activation.
  • Play an integral role in talent development, mentoring team members and contributing to wider Publicis Media initiatives, including new business opportunities.

About You
We are seeking a strategic leader with:

  • Extensive experience in media or brand strategy, with a proven track record of delivering innovative, cross-channel campaigns.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations.
  • Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making.
  • A strong understanding of advertising’s role in business growth, with an informed and critical perspective.
  • Experience managing relationships within large organisations and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
