Goodman Masson is seeking a Strategy & Insights Analyst in West London for a globally active hospitality group. You will drive data-led growth by identifying performance drivers, optimising store network strategy, and informing commercial decisions with rigorous analysis.

The role focuses on analysing performance, building capacity models, and delivering automated dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support international reporting.

Qualifications

• Comfort with building and maintaining dashboards and reports.

You will support the business to drive data-led growth by identifying key performance drivers, optimising store network strategy, and informing commercial decision-making. Main duties include:

• Analyse store performance, P&L drivers, customer behaviour, and macro trends
• Build and maintain market capacity and network models
• Produce, automate, and continuously enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Collate, validate, and translate licensee data to support International Grow Report requirements
