Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant – Strategy & Growth to work from Milton Keynes with hybrid arrangements. You will develop PTW strategies, conduct market and competitor research, and help shape client propositions with pricing and growth insights.

The role blends analytics with practical client delivery, with increasing responsibility as your consulting capability grows.

Qualifications

• UK-based with right to work in the UK and security clearance.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel UK client sites.
• Based in Milton Keynes office at least two days per week.
• UK BPSS and security clearance requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Develop Position to Win strategies across major competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors; turn insights into recommendations.
• Develop competitive analysis and customer insight for bids and growth.
• Build pricing models, scenarios and assumptions.
• Assess price, quality and competitor behaviour for outcomes.
• Contribute to client discovery sessions, workshops and strategy discussions.
• Challenge assumptions with evidence-based recommendations.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions; identify risks and opportunities.
