Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant to work on strategy and growth, based in Milton Keynes with hybrid flexibility. The role involves market, pricing and competitive analysis, and close collaboration with client teams across UK engagements.

You will develop and own parts of client outputs, take increasing responsibility, and contribute to business development while supporting high-value competitions and innovative approaches such as AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• We are looking for analytical, commercially minded candidates who can turn data into insights.
• Experience with pricing, market and competitive analysis is valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop Position to Win strategies across major and complex competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors and turn insight into actionable recommendations.
• Develop pricing models, scenarios and assumptions to inform bid and growth.
• Support client discovery sessions, workshops and strategy discussions.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
