Job summary

Enable Strategic Consulting is seeking a Junior Consultant – Strategy & Growth in Milton Keynes. The role blends analysis with client delivery, with hybrid working and UK travel. You will develop win strategies, analyze markets and pricing, and contribute to client sessions from day one.

The position is a fixed-term contract of 18 months with potential to convert to permanent, offering a platform to grow in strategy, pricing and growth advisory.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education in economics or mathematics or related discipline.
• Strong analytical capability and comfort with uncertainty.
• Understanding of pricing, commercial analysis and benchmarking.
• Experience with business-winning methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to relate price to value.
• Clear written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Python or R is an advantage for AI-enabled work.

Responsibilities

• Develop Position to Win strategies across major competitions.
• Research markets, customers and competitors to generate insights.
• Create competitive analyses and inform bid and growth plans.
• Build pricing models, scenarios and assumptions.
• Assess price, quality and priorities to predict outcomes.
• Form and communicate recommendations clearly to clients.
