Job summary

French Selection (FS) is seeking a Strategy & Execution Consultant (German speaking) in London. You will support end-to-end strategy and transformation engagements for international clients, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders.

The role requires fluent English and German, proven strategy consulting experience, and the ability to travel internationally. Hybrid work is offered with 2-3 days in the office and a competitive package including a bonus up to 15% and benefits.

Senior Business Strategy, Execution and Transformation

Salary: up to £80,000 OTE

A global advisory firm working with international clients across multiple sectors. The firm focuses on helping leadership teams turn strategic priorities into practical execution through structured problem-solving and delivery support.

Support the delivery of strategy and execution-focused consulting projects, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable outcomes.

The role:

• Support the end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution-focused consulting engagements across multiple sectors
• Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and support the development of long-term client relationships
• Conduct structured analysis, market research and primary research to generate actionable insights
• Prepare and deliver presentations and contribute to client workshops and meetings
• Work with internal teams to structure problem-solving approaches, analyses and project outputs
• Contribute to the development of consulting tools, methodologies and best practices
• Support and mentor junior team members where required
• Operate in a fast-paced, international consulting environment

The candidate:

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
• Solid experience in strategy consulting, ideally gained within a reputable consulting firm
• Proven experience delivering strategy consulting projects and working with senior client stakeholders
• Strong academic background; Master's degree preferred (MBA or technical background advantageous)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-performance team environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, adaptability and commercial awareness
• Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally

The salary: up to £80,000 OTE, up to £70,000 per annum + performance bonus of up to 15%, plus standard company benefits including hybrid working flexibility.
