Euro London Appointments Ltd in London seeks an experienced Strategy Consultant fluent in French to deliver strategic projects for French clients in France and North Africa. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top strategy firm or equivalent.
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of high performance and achievements.
• Able to influence partners and executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in Lean Testing and MVPs.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Solid project management experience.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and near-native French; other languages a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approx. monthly.

Strategy Consultant - French - £58K-£66K + bonus depending on experience - London based

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Strategy Consultant with C2 level French, is available within a successful, well established international consultancy. Working on behalf of French clients in France/North Africa, you will form part of the EMEA team delivering strategic projects for international clients. Your main objective will be the companies goal: to help leadership teams close the gap between ambition and execution.

Some of your key responsibilties will include

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions and working with a team conducting analysis and research to gain new insights to understand your clients needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on your insights at team and client meetings.
• Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support .

Successful candidate

• Ideally you will have 3 years + of professional experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed organisation
• Degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar where data has been a driver. MBA is preferred
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in your previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives
• Entrepreneurial mindset, knowledge, and application of Lean Testing, MVPs,disciplined experimentation, etc.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
• Project Management proven experience
• Customer-oriented, strong interpersonal skills to independently manage clients and teams
• Fluency in English and near native level in French is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Availability for international travel, approximately once per month

Hybrid working will be 4 days a week in office, 1 day from home with felxibility when travelling. Competitive salary + benefits including healthcare.
