Job summary

French Selection is seeking a Strategy and Execution Consultant who speaks German to join our London office. You will support end-to-end strategy projects, work with senior consultants and client stakeholders, and translate strategic priorities into actionable outcomes.

The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days in the office, and requires fluency in English and German, plus a track record in strategy consulting. Travel internationally may be required; the firm offers growth and a competitive package.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and contribute to client workshops and meetings
• Work with internal teams to structure problem-solving approaches, analyses and project outputs
• Contribute to the development of consulting tools, methodologies and best practices
• Support and mentor junior team members where required
• Operate in a fast-paced, international consulting environment

Strategy and Execution Consultant (German Speaking)
Location: London

Salary: up to £80,000 OTE

Main duties:
Support the delivery of strategy and execution-focused consulting projects, working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable outcomes.

Candidate's Profile

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)


• Solid experience in strategy consulting, ideally gained within a reputable consulting firm


• Proven experience delivering strategy consulting projects and working with senior client stakeholders


• Strong academic background; Master’s degree preferred (MBA or technical background advantageous)


• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders


• Proven ability to work effectively in high-performance team environments


• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, adaptability and commercial awareness


• Additional languages such as French, Italian or Spanish advantageous


• Willingness to travel internationally

Up to £70, 000 per annum plus performance bonus of up to 15%, plus standard company benefits including hybrid working flexibility.
