Job summary

Occupop Careers in London seeks an experienced FinTech Consultant to drive payments and payouts initiatives from strategy through execution. The role combines payments expertise with strong commercial judgement and delivery capability in a fast-paced environment.

You will influence partnerships, optimise commercial outcomes and work across product, legal, finance and operations to deliver tangible revenue growth. Travel or airlines exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in payments, FinTech or commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of payments and payout ecosystems and partner economics.
• Experience delivering initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Proactive stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and independently execute commercial initiatives across payments and FinTech products.
• Translate priorities into practical actions to support revenue growth and partner adoption.
• Support payment and payout flows, linking execution with commercial outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance and Operations to deliver initiatives.
• Use data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Own end-to-end workstreams with timelines and stakeholder communication.
