Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharmaceutical strategy, life sciences consulting, or integrated agency strategy.
• Experience developing integrated brand, omnichannel, commercialisation, customer experience, or communications strategies for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare brands.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, strategic planning sessions, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience partnering across Client Services, Creative, Medical Strategy, Science & Regulatory, and Project Management to develop and deliver integrated strategic recommendations.
• Experience contributing to healthcare or life sciences new business pitches, proposals, and organic growth initiatives.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated brand, omnichannel, customer experience, and communications strategies across healthcare and life sciences engagements for regional and global clients.
• Facilitate client workshops, brand planning sessions, and presentations for senior stakeholders, developing recommendations that inform brand, customer experience, and commercial plans.
• Partner with Client Services, Creative, Medical Strategy, Science & Regulatory, and Project Management to connect commercial objectives, scientific context, customer insights, and creative execution.
• Contribute strategic thinking to new business pitches, proposals, brand planning initiatives, and organic growth opportunities.
• Apply data, customer insights, behavioural science, emerging trends, and AI-enabled approaches to strategic planning to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and strengthen strategic recommendations.
