Job summary

The Klick Group seeks an SVP, Strategy and Regional Strategy Lead, EMEA, to steer strategic direction, elevate craft excellence, and drive growth for healthcare and life sciences clients across the region. You’ll partner with global leaders to ensure locally relevant, globally aligned, and commercially impactful work.

You will lead omni-channel strategy, influence new business, mentor strategy teams, and collaborate with creative, client services, and regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare communications, pharma strategy, or life sciences consulting with regional/global leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading and scaling strategy teams in agency, consulting, or healthcare environments.
• Experience leading new business pitches, senior client workshops, and growth initiatives in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy development across healthcare and life sciences accounts, guiding omni-channel brand strategy and integrated programs for diverse audiences.
• Drive new business growth through pitches, executive client presentations, and thought leadership within EMEA.
• Build and scale regional strategy teams, including recruitment, performance development, and coaching of senior strategists.
