Job summary

3HORIZONS in London is seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to independently manage end-to-end projects, lead a small team, and deliver insightful client recommendations across industries.

You will build client relationships, drive high performance, run workshops, and contribute to the Strategy in Action initiatives. Fluency in English and French, readiness for international travel, and a Master’s degree are required; hybrid work with a London office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in top-tier strategy consulting or strategy roles
• Master's degree from a top university; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proven track record of high performance and achievements
• Demonstrated ability to influence partners and executives

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team (up to 3) conducting analyses and primary research
• Serve as client contact and identify opportunities for relationship development
• Foster a high-performance culture and oversee day-to-day project execution for junior colleagues
• Lead workshops and present actionable insights for lasting client impact
• Work in complex contexts as project manager and provide operational support by structuring analyses
• Contribute ideas to develop company technologies, methods and consulting approaches with the Strategy in Action team

Job Description

• Independently manage end-to-end project executions and lead a team of employees (up to 3 people on a project) who conduct structured analyses and primary research to gain new insights that inform your client recommendations.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and identify opportunities for client relationship building and development.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team by overseeing the day-to-day execution of client projects and guiding the individual development of junior colleagues.
• Lead workshops with various target audiences and present the most practical way to achieve lasting results based on your insights at team and client meetings.
• Work in complex, highly dynamic contexts as a project manager and also provide operational support by structuring analyses.
• With the entire Strategy in Action team, you actively contribute your own ideas to the development of the company, participating in the advancement of our technologies, methods, and consulting approaches.

Qualifications

• +3 years of professional experience at a top tier strategy consulting firm or strategy experience in a reputed organisation
• Master's degree from a top university with an outstanding academic record (technical background is an advantage); an advanced degree or MBA is preferred
• Proven track record of high performance and significant achievements in your previous roles.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully influence partners and executives

• Compensation: Competitive base salary (£58,000 - £66,500) + performance-based annual bonus (up to 15%)
