A leading healthcare provider seeks a Strategy and Safeguarding Manager to enhance safeguarding pathways for children and young people. This full-time role involves collaboration with local boards and managing service delivery in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in safeguarding and management, providing holistic care to victims of sexual assault.
The Strategy and Safeguarding Manager will play a pivotal role in collaborating with local safeguarding children's boards to develop a Paediatric pathway. This ensures that multi-agency safeguarding hubs work effectively with Mountain Healthcare to provide children and young people with the appropriate services at the right time.

We seek a caring and compassionate Strategy and Safeguarding Manager to provide holistic care to victims of sexual assault. The role involves working within dedicated SARCs, co-funded by Police and NHS, providing 24/7 forensic and health services. Full training and opportunities for further education are provided. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with travel requirements.
