What you’ll be doing:
This isn’t just another back-office analyst role. You’ll be a key player, driving change with your data superpowers. Expect to:
️ Build, refine, and own dashboards and reports that reveal the real story behind the numbers
Dive deep into performance analytics to design smarter, more effective collections strategies
Partner with servicing teams to make sure our strategies work for people, not just spreadsheets
️ Translate data into decisions, whether you're talking to data scientists or directors
Test, tweak, and fine-tune strategies to boost both customer outcomes and business results
About you:
You’re a curious thinker, a data detective, and a natural communicator. You see patterns, not just numbers, and you love finding ways to make things better. Ideally, you’ll bring:
A degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent commercial experience
Experience in collections analytics or strategy, ideally in financial services
SQL or Python skills (you know your way around a dataset!)
An analytical brain paired with a solutions-first mindset
️ Excellent communication skills, you can explain complex stuff clearly
Bonus points if you’ve got:
Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight experience
Knowledge of personal loans, utilities, or consumer finance
