Leeds Building Society is hiring for a People Enablement SWP and Skills Manager. You will lead evidence-based workforce and skills planning, translating strategy into practical future capability and critical-role requirements.

You will combine workforce data with labour-market insight to assess demand, model scenarios and guide actions across build, borrow or automate options, while maintaining planning standards and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to combine and interpret workforce, skills, financial and external data.
• Proficient use of planning, analytics and collaboration tools for workforce planning.
• Ability to translate strategy into future workforce requirements.

• Lead strategic workforce and skills planning across the Society.
• Translate strategy and operating models into capability, capacity and role needs.
