Leeds Building Society is seeking a Workforce Planner to help anticipate future capacity and skills needs. You will build a data-led approach across the People Enablement team, producing forecasts and dashboards to guide practical workforce decisions and actions.
You will collaborate with People, Finance and business teams, turn insights into reports, and support stakeholders with clear, data-driven recommendations for build, buy, borrow, redeploy or automate actions.
We've been helping our members save for their future and buy their own home since 1875. Join us and you'll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.
It's a purpose that drives everything we do. And you can play your part too – join our People Enablement team as a Workforce Planner and you'll provide workforce evidence that helps us anticipate future capacity and skills needs and make practical workforce decisions.
In a brand-new team, you'll be joining at the start of an exciting journey as we build a new, consistent, evidence-led approach to workforce and skills planning across the Society.
Working across People, Finance and business teams, you'll produce reliable workforce and skills forecasts, analyse current and future demand and identify capacity, capability and critical-role gaps.
You'll co-ordinate planning inputs, maintain workforce data and turn analysis into clear dashboards, reports and practical insight. You'll challenge incomplete or inconsistent information, explain assumptions and limitations, and help stakeholders identify appropriate build, buy, borrow, redeploy or automate actions.
We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.
Our business is centred around our people. Our colleagues are at the heart of everything we do, as shown by our Inclusive Employers Gold accreditation in 2023 and 2025. You'll be joining a truly purpose-focused culture which helped us win the Leading with Purpose award at the 2023Business Culture Awards. This recognises how we've embedded our purpose with our colleagues, and the actions we've taken to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.
We'd love to hear from you. But don't wait around - we may close the advert early and we'd hate for you to miss out.
