This hybrid Plymouth role focuses on strategic workforce planning, recruitment transformation, organisation design, and employee experience, with a 6-month contract at £40 per hour via umbrella.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, organisational design, or strategic people partnering.
• Strong talent acquisition and recruitment transformation experience.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Experience using workforce analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
• Strong coaching and leadership development capabilities.
• Track record delivering change and measurable workforce outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate workforce plans into practical hiring and resourcing strategies.
• Lead the delivery of critical hiring plans across priority business areas.
• Support organisation design initiatives and operating model changes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Enhance organisational effectiveness through workforce modelling, span of control reviews, and structural optimisation.
• Coach and support leaders in creating psychologically safe, inclusive, and high-performing teams.
• Utilise engagement, performance, and workforce data to drive continuous improvement and enhance employee experience.
