Southern Water is seeking an Asset Investment Manager for Wastewater Treatment to lead a flagship capital programme and deliver regulatory and business outcomes. The role requires strategic thinking, analytical insight, and strong leadership to unite data, stakeholders, and experts into compelling investment cases.

In this hybrid position, you will shape the Strategic Programme Execution Plan for wastewater assets, collaborate with senior leaders, and drive value through whole-life cost

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across governance, risk management and investment prioritisation.
• Champion innovation and evidence-based decision making in programme development activities.
• Act as authority for the programme, building confidence with stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Own programme development and submissions for regulatory price reviews with robust evidence.
• Manage investment portfolios with whole-life cost considerations and realised value.
• Drive scope and delivery plan optimisation to meet business needs and regulatory commitments.
• Lead and develop a technical specialists team to deliver credible investment strategies.
