Job summary

IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, seeks a Vendor Program Strategy Director in Reading to partner with COPH and other senior leaders. You will define end-to-end vendor strategy, oversee supplier performance across the clinical lifecycle, and drive risk management and continuous improvement in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in clinical operations leadership
• Experience managing outsourced trial activities at operational and strategic levels
• Executive leadership in developing external/internal strategic relationships
• Strong understanding of trial management, data systems, and regulatory standards
• Knowledge of GCP, medical terminology and clinical development

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for supplier activities at program level across the GDD Portfolio
• Defines and aligns program strategies with Alliance Lead, ERMT, PID and Procurement
• Engages with country representatives to drive vendor service delivery discussions and address gaps
• Supports HA inspections/audit readiness and escalated program issues
• Serves as single point of contact for Trial Vendor Management Team for program-level strategies
• Proactive supplier risk management and driving supplier quality improvements at program level
