Job summary

SAGA Truck & Van is seeking a Van Sales BDE to grow Mercedes-Benz van sales across the UK. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong SME relationships, and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with SAGA’s brand values.

The role involves a strategic, consultative approach to field sales, from vehicle selection through financing and aftersales support, with hours 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday rota. Base pay £27,000 with OTE £41,000–£64,000.

Qualifications

• Experience of sales within the automotive industry.
• Business to Business (B2B) sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new leads in the UK van market.
• Build and maintain relationships with SME clients.
• Educate customers on van models, features and financing options.
• Negotiate terms and close sales.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for aftersales and support.
