Qualifikationen

• Actuarial background is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in insurance and underwriting.
• Proven track record of applying commercial acumen for concrete business outcomes.
• Strong numeric skills and ability to interpret complex data.

Aufgaben

• Improve underwriting net profitability and portfolio balance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with underwriting, pricing, and actuarial teams.
• Develop KPIs and tolerances to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Support pricing and underwriting with data-driven insights for risk selection.
• Lead strategic projects such as augmented underwriting and algorithmic underwriting.
• Prepare Board/Executive Committee presentations and reports.
