Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Global Real Estate UK Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of real estate projects, ensuring governance, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution across timeline, budget, safety, and quality.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, strengthen reporting, and drive continuous improvement within the regional program, acting as the focal point for business partners on project activity and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end real estate programs
• Strong governance and reporting experience
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Proven budgeting and cost-control skills

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, and resourcing
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality with mitigation actions
• Reinforce facility and workplace standards incl. safety and energy efficiency
• Develop project documentation and approvals with cross-functional teams
• Serve as single point of contact for stakeholders on updates and decisions
• Partner with finance and business liaisons to confirm requirements
• Coordinate Global Real Estate teams to align scope and costs
• Prepare standard/ad hoc reports for senior management
• Drive process improvement, quality, and controls
• Record outcomes for seat supply in systems of record upon completion
