Pulsar Measurement, part of the TASi Measurement group, is seeking a UK Procurement Manager to lead the procurement strategy across UK sites. The role focuses on building long-term supplier partnerships, value creation, and enabling the wider supply chain to deliver operational and commercial excellence.

You will lead, develop, and mentor the Purchasing team, fostering continuous improvement, accountability, and strategic thinking to deliver best-in-class procurement.

• Strong operational leader capable of engaging and motivating teams.
• Excellent communicator across all operational areas, able to engage and negotiate with the Supply Chain.
• Initiative-taking, resilient, and improvement-focused.
• Experience in a fast-changing, high-mix Procurement environment.
• Ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Deliver the UK procurement strategy in alignment with business objectives, focusing on cost, quality, delivery, and risk.
• Translate strategic procurement objectives into effective operational execution across the Purchasing function.
• Manage and optimise supplier performance through KPI tracking (cost, OTIF, quality, responsiveness).
• Lead sourcing, negotiation, and contract management activities to deliver cost improvements and secure supply continuity.
• Develop and mentor the Purchasing team and drive continuous improvement in processes.
