Job summary

Colliers, a leading global commercial real estate services firm, seeks a Director of Treasury to lead the UK Occupier Client Treasury and drive governance, liquidity and risk management across a portfolio of occupier accounts.

You will partner with global and UK leaders, shape strategy, oversee client funds, banking relationships and treasury operations, and deliver best-in-class service for major corporate occupiers.

Qualifications

• Significant treasury leadership experience within corporate real estate, outsourcing, professional services or related industries.
• Experience managing client funds and cash management activities across multiple accounts.
• Proven track record leading treasury teams and developing talent.
• Strong governance, controls and operational risk management knowledge.
• Experience managing banking relationships and payment infrastructures.
• Cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Qualified Accountant and/or ACT qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UK Occupier Client Treasury function and align with Global Occupier Services objectives.
• Define and implement the strategic roadmap for treasury operations, controls, technology and service delivery.
• Provide leadership to treasury managers and specialists, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with UK and Global leaders to support growth, client retention and onboarding.
• Oversee client funds management and ensure regulatory compliance and control integrity.
• Manage high-volume payments, receivables and supplier/landlord payments, with SLAs.
• Lead treasury governance reviews, risk management and compliance programs.
• Drive treasury transformation, automation and reporting improvements.
