Job summary

CETO Talent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of a major cycling and highways improvement project in the Hounslow area. The role is based from Southwark, with hybrid working available two days per week in the office.

You will coordinate with internal teams, technical specialists, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met on a live highways project while managing risks and dependencies in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• General project management experience essential.
• Experience delivering roads, highways, construction or infrastructure projects advantageous.
• Organised, proactive and able to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders and project requirements.
• Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the project from planning through to completion.
• Assist with project planning, coordination and monitoring.
• Work with project teams, technical specialists, contractors and stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support management of project risks and opportunities.
• Assist with reporting, governance and documentation.
• Coordinate design and delivery activities.
• Collaborate with technical and project management teams.
• Ensure delivery is safe, efficient and in line with requirements.
• Manage competing priorities within a complex project environment.
