Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to deliver major change initiatives within the Strategic Planning & Transformation team, guiding cross-organisational teams and embedding new ways of working.

You will translate strategic ambitions into practical improvements, manage stakeholders including C-suite, and ensure delivery on time, budget and quality while maintaining governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of transformation programme leadership in large organisations.
• Experience with complex change spanning people, process and tech.
• Strong stakeholder management including C-suite influence.
• Programme governance using frameworks like MSP/PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of transformation programmes on time and budget.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and remove blockers.
• Create dependency maps and manage project risks.
• Ensure governance, reporting and board updates.
• Matrix manage resources across business and suppliers.
