You will govern a broad digital and business transformation portfolio, provide executive visibility, and drive investment prioritisation and benefits realisation.

In this high-profile leadership role you will establish the central TPO function, align priorities with strategy, and report on portfolio health, risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

• Significant PMO or Portfolio Office leadership experience within a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Proven experience managing digital and business transformation portfolios with annual investment levels between £5m-£10m+.
• Strong track record in portfolio governance, benefits management, programme oversight, and transformation delivery.
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and drive organisational alignment.

Are you an experienced PMO and portfolio leader with a track record of governing complex transformation programmes and driving strategic business change? We are partnering with a leading global consultancy and project delivery organisation seeking a Digital Transformation Portfolio & PMO Manager to lead the governance, prioritisation, and performance management of a significant digital and business transformation portfolio.

This is a high-profile leadership role, providing executive visibility and control over investment decisions, benefits realisation, resource planning, delivery performance, and strategic outcomes across a complex enterprise environment.

The Opportunity

As Digital Transformation Manager, you will establish and lead the central function responsible for overseeing a broad portfolio of digital and business transformation initiatives. Working closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Digital, Operations, and People teams, you will ensure investment priorities align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.

You will be accountable for portfolio governance, investment control, resource capacity planning, benefits realisation, and transformation performance reporting, ensuring programmes are delivered consistently, effectively, and within approved tolerances.

• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant certifications are highly desirable, including:
