You will champion transformation, coach managers, and use data to unlock opportunities, improve service, and boost efficiency across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the full retail plan across the store, driving commercial and people performance.
• Set store strategy and ensure each colleague knows their part and is held to account.
• Own the change agenda with transformation initiatives and pace.
• Build a high-performance culture by coaching managers and growing talent.
• Use data and insight to unlock opportunities and drive profit and efficiency.
• Drive digital adoption and omnichannel capability across platforms.
