Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Transformation Director Nuclear Sector to shape and oversee the transformation strategy and roadmap across the Nuclear Sector. You will lead sector-wide programmes, managing investment, risks, capacity and benefits realization, while aligning with Group objectives and priorities.

This full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements and national deployment from one of our hubs, with oversight by the Sector CEO and Executive Committee to drive lasting improvements and value

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation and change programmes at a senior leadership level.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities that support growth and customer outcomes.
• Experience within the nuclear industry, including safety, regulatory requirements and licensing.
• Proven expertise in strategy development, deployment and execution.
• Strong financial management and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining the Nuclear Sector transformation strategy and roadmap aligned to priorities.
• Leading a sector-wide view of transformation programmes, including investment, risks and benefits realization.
• Providing strategic insight and assurance to the Nuclear Sector CEO and Executive Committee.
• Supporting leaders to mobilise change and embed sustainable improvements.
• Acting as the principal interface between the Nuclear Sector and Group leadership on transformation initiatives.
